This role ensures regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient care while driving growth and maintaining strong community relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of both Home Health and Hospice operations
Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) for both programs and all state regulations
Oversee clinical and administrative teams, including Directors of Nursing and clinical managers
