Charles “CJ” Lee III, CEO

CJ founded CJL Industries to preserve the legacy of American businesses – to uphold the commitments to the employees, customers, and vendors – bound in the ethos of servant leadership.

CJ has developed a background of experience working collaboratively with CEOs and management teams to develop a range of solutions, objectively validate paths forward, and take decisive action. CJ previously oversaw the launch of Sundayapp throughout New England. Prior to Sundayapp CJ worked as a consultant at McKinsey, helping fortune 500 companies solve their toughest problems.

Most recently CJ has been the CEO of Green Valley Home Health Services and Green Valley Hospice and Palliative Care. CJ acquired these companies through a mix of debt and investment. Throughout his tenure he has grown earnings to $1.3M. With a management team in place CJ is ready to shift gears to his next acquisition.

CJ also has public sector experience, serving 11 years as an Officer in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Navy Reserve, with two deployments overseas. He is currently the Officer in Charge of Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron Eight, Delta Company.

Patrick Gerry Pinder, Anchor Investor

Patrick has been the anchor investor in all CJL deals and sits on the board of 3 CJL companies. He brings a wealth of experience in deal analysis, deal structuring, debt financing, and equity raises.

Patrick brings nearly 10 years of experience in business development, operational improvement, and strategic decision-making. Patrick previously served as Operations Manager at Amazon, where he played a key role in launching Amazon’s “Same-Day Delivery” service across the Michigan and Arizona markets.

Most recently, Patrick served as CFO and COO of Green Valley where he spearheaded growth and operational initiatives leading to a 40% improvement in both billing efficiency and EBITDA, as well as revenue growth of 9%.

Patrick received his BE in Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and his MBA from the Yale School of Management. Patrick also served in the Royal Canadian Air Force.

Tyler Moncrief, Associate

Tyler is currently pursuing his MBA at the Yale School of Management with a focus on small business operations. He spent the first five years of his career serving in the United States Marine Corps, working in Nuclear Security and Infantry Support roles.

Before pursuing his MBA, Tyler worked at the AutoZone world headquarters, first in an Executive Protection capacity before being selected to develop and manage the firm's Military Relations and Recruiting program.
